Julie Carruthers, studied Human Resource Management at Waikato University and was a HR Advisor for 7 years at Livestock Improvement before moving to Waikato Farm Management. Her role involves all aspects of people: writing JD/Employment Agreements, training and development, performance measurement and management, culture audits, employment legislation advise, remuneration benchmarking, recruitment and termination, and advise to clients in all Human Resource areas.
Based in the Waikato, but available nationwide, Julie Carruthers has been with NZ Farm Management since 2009, helping assist clients with the people aspect of their business.
