About Me
Delwyn lives with her husband Brent and two daughters in Hamilton. They are involved in dairy farms in the Waikato and also Manawatu. Delwyn has worked in Human Resources and recruitment since finishing a business degree majoring in HR a long time ago from Massey University! As many NZ’s do, Delwyn spent a number of years working overseas. Mainly in London at Ernst & Young before she met Brent and returned to NZ in 2002. Delwyn continued to work for Professional Service companies recruiting and developing their most important asset, people. Delwyn and Brent moved to the Waikato four years ago to be closer to their farming interests. Most recently Delwyn has been a Director on JerseyNZ. With Delwyn’s hands-on role in farming, coupled with her professional background, she is a ready to assist you with any people issues that may arise.
